Legal Consultation Request Form

The Verma Law Firm provides legal services in the area of Employment Immigration and Family Immigration Law. We offer legal consultations in-person and over the phone.

After you have sent us the questionnaire, please call our office at (408) 436-1010 and schedule a consultation. We charge $150.00 for a 30-minute consultation. There may be an additional fee depending upon the volume of documents you send us in regard to the consultation. If you retain our law firm to represent you, the consultation charge will be credited towards the legal fee of your case.

Please note: It is a legal requirement that if you retain our law FIRM to prepare an H-1B application some portions of the USCIS filling fees must be paid to our law firm directly by your employer. Also, if you retain us to prepare a PERM application, the attorney’ fees associated with the PERM application plus costs being advertising, etc, must be paid to our law firm directly by your employer.
