I worked with Verma and team for my visa and green card. They reviewed my scenario and gave good recommendation on the fastest way to get a green card. In 10 months I have received my green card. We engaged the Verma Law firm to help us through the green card process when I accepted employment with a company that did not support immigrants. Employment Green Card

I have been using Arjun Verma's firm's services for various immigration related matters, including Green Card. I have known him for 6 years as my immigration attorney. L-1A approval

Arjun is our corporate immigration lawyer and we get our visa processing done through his company. I am on a L1-B visa and I wanted to apply for a GC. Arjun suggested me to go for L1-A and explained how it will be beneficial to apply GC on L1-A.

I gave the documentation and there was a query from INS on the status change. I was worried whether things will go well or not. Arjun had the right analysis and thought process on how to approach this problem. He made a detailed checklist and helped me to send him the correct information and documents to prepare the reply to the Request for Evidence.

I finally got my L1-A visa and all credit to Arjun & his team. They are friendly, co-operative and work in the interest of client. I would love to recommend Arjun to anyone who is in need of immigration help.

H-1B Approval

Arjun was highly recommended to me in 2004 by an acquaintance who advised me on visa procedures. I work for a company that employs very few foreign workers and prefers
that we go through lawyers of our choice when dealing with immigration matters. Arjun personally impressed upon my HR representative the impending filling of the H-1B
quota that year and helped us navigate the presentation of the required documents in a timely manner. My application was filed three days before the quota was filled and
approved shortly after.

Three years later, I requested Arjun to help me get the H-1B visa renewed for a second term of three years. Again, his office processed the documentation rapidly and my application was approved in just under a week!

Arjun and his staff, Anna and Adrianna, are courteous, methodical and quick. They patiently

fielded the many questions that my HR department threw at them. They were also all equally accessible by phone and email and helped put my mind at ease through what naturally tends to be an uncertain time.

Approval of Green Card (CP) at Chennai US Consulate.

Dear Arjun:

Good Morning to you.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all your associates for all the help and the meticulous work that you have shown and given me in the complete Green Card processing.

Right from the Labor Certification, I-140 and to the Consular Processing Approval, you have been an immense support and a great help in making this a very smooth process. My interview at Chennai Consulate was on June 21, 2005 at 8:30 AM. The entire process was a smooth and did not have any problems at all. The documentation staff was very thorough with the process and collected all the documents and placed them in order. After I got the call from the interviewing officer, he asked me about my education qualifications and current employment and places of work and nature of work at the Client sites. The entire interview lasted only 2 minutes and he finally gave the good news and congratulated me and said that my Green Card is approved and I will get the immigrant visa stamping in my passport and mailed in 2-3 days.

I returned to the US as an immigrant on July 3, 2005 and submitted the set of documents at the port of entry in Dallas, TX. I got my green card in exactly 60 days in the first week of September 2005.

Thanks Arjun for all the help and the support. You have always understood what goes in my mind during the entire process and was patient and understanding.

The Green Card interview at the Consulate went off without a hitch and we now have our immigrant visas. Both Anu and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent work that you have done. You were always prompt in responding to our queries and even prompter in getting all the paperwork filed without delay.

As you are aware, we've worked with a couple of immigration lawyers in the past and our experience with them has been terrible. In fact, the primary reason for our running out of H1B time (and having to move back to India), is because of goof-ups by a previous attorney in filing our Labour applications.

We plan on moving back by about March once the worst of the Chicago winter is over. Anyway, we would once again like to thank you for your impeccable work and would have no hesitation in recommending you to our friends.

Good experience with a lawyer.

Folks,

For those of you who have questions regarding issues such as green card, 485 retrogression, H1 to F1, I-140, legality of stay, implication of the H1-B cap etc. and like me have spent innumerable hours trawling the web to wind up with highly questionable information, I would recommend Immigration Lawyer Arjun Verma. He answers all questions accurately and competently. In my opinion, the price is well-worth the peace of mind and you don't have to worry about second guessing your information. He is the second lawyer I have tried so far, the first one charged $150 and gave me some wrong answers (which I verified by visiting the uscis website).
